Founder, Editor-in-Chief
Zachary Fryer-Biggs
Zach is currently a senior at St. John’s College and the Editor-in-Chief of The Epoch. He founded the publication during his freshman year in an effort to bring world events to the St. John’s student body. Zach has worked in journalism dating back to his time in high school when he served as the Executive Editor of the Horace Mann Review. He has also worked at War News Radio, where he reported on Iraq including a story on the impact of Improvised Explosive Devices, and TPM media where he interned in the summer of 2007. Zach spent the summers of 2008 and 2009 working on a book with former Managing Editor Malcolm Cecil-Cockwell about the history of the radical environmental movement. Zach and Malcolm have yet to settle on a publisher. Zach currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Dispatches International, a student magazine with writers reporting from five continents and 20 countries. Zach hopes that The Epoch will continue to become a leader on the St. John’s campus in helping students explore the outside world.

Managing Editor
Tex Pasley
Tex Pasley is a junior at St. John's College and is Managing Editor of The Epoch. He has worked in some capacity for The Epoch his entire time at St. John's, and previously served as editor of his high school newspaper.

Artistic Director
John Vining
John Vining is currently the Artistic Director for The Epoch. This is his third year with the magazine, but he has previously worked with the Los Angeles-based music magazine Mora and its website, Everythingrock.com. He looks forward to working with The Epoch in the future, and working in photojournalism.

Eric Honour
Eric Honour is a senior at St. John's College. He is currently The Epoch's Webmaster, after working as the Layout Editor since his freshman year.

Erin Shadowens
Erin Shadowens is a sophomore and in her second year with The Epoch. In high school, wrote for her high school newspaper, The East Vision, for four years--serving on the editorial board the final two. She is the current layout editor for The Epoch.

Laurel Fischer is currently a senior at St. John's College. She is enjoying a brief tenure as a writer for the Epoch before leaving the tombs of academia for the perils of the real world.

Shikshya Adhikari
Shikshya Adhikari, a sophomore at St. John's College is in her second year with The Epoch. She works with The Epoch as a writer and a business director. This is her first year as a business director. Previously, she served as one of the editors of her high school magazine, 'Marian's Echo'.
